This test includes two important tests for diabetes screening and maintenance: 1) Basic Metabolic Panel which includes blood glucose 2) Hemoglobin A1c which measures average blood sugar over 8 weeks Preparation:You should fast 8 hours prior to this test. Expect results in 1-2 days.
